About our presenter:
Bob Baker is Senior Director of Enterprise Training Strategy at Pfizer. In that role Bob has single point of accountability for learning decisions that impact the enterprise learning experience like training philosophy, standards and technology. His team also has responsibility for driving collaboration across divisional training groups to avoid duplication of effort and share best practices, especially among non-training professionals. His 20+ years of Pfizer experience include sales, marketing research, country and global brand management, commercial development and, of course talent development. He has a BA in Economics from the College of William and Mary, and an MBA in Marketing from Rutgers. As an ATD NYC Chapter member he served as VP of Marketing, Chapter President and chair of the Talent Development Leaders SIG.
