Panviva, a performance support consulting and software company, has developed an elegant Situational Analysis methodology to help organizations pinpoint the performance gaps and design and develop effective interventions .In a 3-hour workshop on March 15, 2017 , Panviva will will share that approach.

What You Will Learn
Understanding how to conduct a Situational Analysis will enable you to:
Clearly identify what the “fix” being requested is intended to fix and if training is an appropriate solution,
Clarify who is the intended audience,
Center on defining performance measurements,
Capture relevant documentation and resources that already exist,
Design a blend of training and just-in-time guidance for each role involved in order for them to achieve those measurement
What you will leave with
A solid understanding of how to conduct an effective Situational Analysis,
Practical tools (e.g.: worksheets) they can use to initiate Situational Analysis processes in their work the next day, and,
Preliminary plans for applying Situational Analysis to learning initiatives currently on their “to do” lists.
The workshop will be conducted by Sharon Smith, Director of Customer Enablement, NA, at Panviva. Sharon has over 20 years experience analyzing business processes, managing large-scale performance improvement projects, and designing training strategies.
