Action Learning is a proven and highly effective tool that can be used by coaches to help their clients solve real problems by challenging old, ineffective approaches and deliver measurable results. It helps:
▪ Individuals develop leadership skills and improve awareness of how assumptions, beliefs, attitudes and organizational interests influence thinking, decisions and actions.
▪ Teams to enhance their capacity to reflect on and learn from collective experiences.
▪ Organizations rapidly solve urgent and important business challenges.
Join us and experience how The New York Library has shifted the learning culture at The New York Public Library by using Action Learning. The Library’s Learning and Development team will demonstrate how they use it and you will have the opportunity to engage in an interaction presentation and discussion. Bring your questions and expect to be challenged!
