Design Thinking is a deeply human process, it relies on intuition, recognizing patterns, and constructing ideas. We will explore how to develop creative habits like user empathy, collaboration and rapid experimentation that lead to actionable ideas. This session will offer suggestions on how talent development directors can apply design thinking practices to their talent development strategy. To do so, we will:
• Define design thinking
• Discuss how it can be used in talent development
• Gain some experience practicing design thinking ourselves
