Performance Support is not just a natural fit for the healthcare industry; it is a necessity. Healthcare is a complex, fast-paced, knowledge-dependent environment in which employee mistakes can have significant and critical consequences. Ensuring that those mistakes aren't made require more than good training: It also requires building a work environment that enables and facilitates correct behavior by everyone involved. Molly Petroff has introduced over twenty effective Performance Support applications at St. Vincent's Hospital in Erie, PA.

Molly will describe her journey and demonstrate some of the performance support solutions and the impact they have had. Molly will also discuss some of the many areas within healthcare institutions where Performance Support has already demonstrated its ability to facilitate and ensure effective performance.
