-Learn the characteristics of leadership presence and explore the link between emotional intelligence and presence.
-Understand how to strengthen the gravitas of women in your network by Increasing the effectiveness of verbal and nonverbal messages, and interpersonal skills.
-Leverage image and appearance to the fullest.
-Maximize presence to gain a stronghold on leadership influence.

Who should attend?
This session will focus on training and development and will be relevant to most roles, from management to instructional design and development and applications for career development professionals and coaches.  This session also has clear personal development applications for all female leaders.

About our Presenter:
Lynne Davidson, PhD. is a senior leadership development and talent management consultant and coach, and sent over 20 years as clinical professor of Business and Organizational Behavior and Change at NYU.
Working with many prestigious organizations including Delotitte, JPMorganChase, Sanofi Pharma, Merial Veterinarians, GrowthLeaders, Sherman and Sterling law firm, Prudential, NYU Langone Medical Center, and Accenture,  she is a versatile and highly experienced consultant.
She has extensive experience in coaching high-potential women leaders to accelerate their readiness for senior C-Suite roles.   With a unique blend of expertise in business, university academia, and the professional fields of finance, law and medicine, her coaching insights have assisted hundreds of clients to realize their high-impact potential in developing competencies for successful career advancement and transition.
Her innovations in medical education and counsel to medical faculty have earned her accolades and trust from diverse clients and leaders. She has coached and consulted with hospital-affiliated doctors and veterinarians in diverse specialties focusing on emotional intelligence, communication and interpersonal relationships, anger-management, and leadership development.
Dr. Davidson serves as President of the Society of Emotional Intelligence (SoEI), New York Metro Chapter.
